The Windows of Heaven is an astronomical repulsive force, which increases as the Windows are opened. It causes time to pass by very quickly for the stars caught-up in it. As the stars are moved away from earth at the time of Noah's flood, up to billions of years pass by for them, while just 5 months pass by on earth.

- CONCLUSION: If you were to draw for yourself an imaginary world on paper, you could make it flat. This two dimensional world would exist from left to right, and from top to bottom, but would have no third dimension; that is, the dimension coming up out of the page.

- CONCLUSION: The earth had (and still has) a protective shield which reflects away harmful radiation. A Magnetic Field performs the required function well. Remember that the stars were still visible in the pre-flood earth, so a opaque vapor dome just doesn't make too much sense. Also, remember that the field strength has dropped 10% in the last 150 years, which indicates that it was very much stronger before the flood. Before Noah's Flood, the bronze mirror of the sky reflected away most of the sun's energy, enabling direct viewing of the sun without damaging the eye.

- CONCLUSION: Here is another example of where the guess that the earth had a vapor dome actually influenced a modern English translation. In actuality, this is a series of windows which when opened, allow the movement of the very fabric of our 3D space manifold. It moves the Stars away from Earth during the first 5 months of Noah's flood, by moving the space in which the stars reside, not by moving the stars through space. This causes a huge time shift for those stars, wherein they age millions or even billions of years, while on earth, only 5 months pass by.

In this "Flatland" which you have created, your people would only be able to look in the plane of the paper, from left to right, and from top to bottom. They could not see out of the plane of the paper. If you built a room for your Flatlanders, it could be just as simple as a box. For the Flatlanders who are inside this box, it is a sealed & closed room, but you can enter this sealed & closed two dimensional room just by putting your hand on the page. Hence, you have "appeared" in the sealed room with no apparent method of entry.
This is how Jesus came into this three dimensional room as described here in John 20. He entered into the sealed & closed three dimensional room from space which exists in four or more dimensions!.
